Hi
I have gone through your complaints.its common to have increased heart rate when one climb stairs.but you are saying feeling like weight in chest , it needs complete evaluation of your heart.we need to know whether you smoke.are u taking fried fatty foods.if you are smoking you need to quit it.
Avoid fatty foods.the symptoms you are saying usually indicate reduced blood flow to heart.plan for Ecg, stress test and lipid profile.start excercises like brisk walk , improves your blood supply to heart.
Thank you
Regards
