i weigh 400 lbs and want to get to 250 how many calories should i eat each day. I am also looking at herbalife for breakfast and lunch and eating a regular dinner. and i have heard the torrid fat burner works really well. I am walking 30 min a day now. What should my first step be? I just want to be healthy so I can feel good about myself to date...
To determine your calorie levels I would need to have hour height, age and usual body weight. Torrid does not readily advertise its ingredients and so many of these weight loss supplements have caused health problems that I would not recommend their use.
Walking is a great exercise. Congratualtions on starting an exercise program!
On an energy level, it takes a 1,000 calorie decrease in energy intake and/or increase in energy output to lose two pounds of body fat per day. That gives you an idea of the caloric dynamics.
