I have had blurry vision in my right eye for 10 days. Four days ago my pupils became unequal with the right 1-2mm bigger than the left. I have also been having waves of nausea but no bad headache/no trauma history. I have seen two ophthalmologists: Other than mildly decreased vision in right and difference in pupil size, no other abnormalities noticed (no uveitis/optic disc normal/retina normal). One ophthalmologist said he didn't know what it is and the other said possibly a post viral Horner's syndrome (I have no other symptoms of Horner's) and to wait it out for 6-8 weeks. I am having so much trouble with my vision and the nausea that I am miserable. Should I see a neurologist? Is there anything I can do for the vision or nausea? Age: 36 Gender: Female
