Recommend Treatment For Glandular Fever With Soar Throat

I was diagnosed glandular fever on Monday (no blood test) started last Thurs/Fri with extreme sore throat. Developed over weekend into swollen glands, generally feeling rough & now have a very sore & swollen tongue. Taking Ibuprofen & paracetomol for pain relief which does help but I feel very ropey when the wear off. Any suggestions would be welcome. Eating difficult but drinking ok. Thanks.

Nothing to worry. It usually subsides over time. For symtomatic tretment take paracitamol 650, plenty of fluid, tab vit b complex, Dressin girgle( chlorhexidine+ local anarsthetic). Hope get well soon.
