Hellow sir can uu suggest me what to do for nightfall which happens twice a week plus whenever i go to toilet little bit of sperms comes out and for that reason my thighs are srinking i think. What should i do to stop night falls and to increase my thighs and my body structure and to increase my body strenght .???please sir suggest something i am very tired
The night fall is an absolutely normal physiological process of the normal body and it is the process by which the body is emitting the sperms out of body which is produced 24X7 in the testicles. However, the tiredness is not associated with the night fall, it is misconception on majority of the youth part as you and rest of the causes as low hemoglobin, vitamin or mineral deficiencies have to be co related in depth.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
