Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my father is 75 and for at least the last 5 years he has been having difficulty with his feet. He has had multiple testing including mri. They say he has a pinch nerve. He can t feel his feet and part of his legs. His has fallen many times now. They just don t give a very good dignostic. He has started the testing over by having 2 mri this week. Could this be something else or if it is a pinch nerve can they not do something about this?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if this is the upper motor nerves system weakness then it could be related with some cerebral pathology in this age with some risk factor it is very likely to have such symptoms hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
