My husband is recovering from Guillian Barre Symdrome since May and is still having a problem with his thighs. One in particular. He says that there is a lot of pain and was wondering what will help with the muscle pain other than Aleeve. He was in rehab and had PT everyday for 4 weeks. Hi, it appears that if he uses the cane for some more time he may get accomidated to accostom. Most probably it may be the anxiety, or lack of confidence which is causing the feeling of pain.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and pain killers in case of pain. Thank you.
