Recovering From Sore Throat, Pain In Tongue While Swallowing, Rash On Pallet. Advice?

I am just getting over being sick from some sinus problems during which I had a soar throat. I got tested for strep and it was negative both on site and form the lab. Now that the sinus issues are diminishing my soar throat persists with new symptoms. When I move my tongue it increases the pain, and also when i swallow. The pain also seems to creep into my ears, especially the right one. Also I have developed some sort of rash on the top of my pallet that is red bumpy splotches, please help.

Hi,
It appears that you might be having acute pharyngitis giving rise to this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course to cure infection after consulting your doctor.
Avoid cold drinks, junk food.
Do salt water gargles.
Ok and take care.
