Rectal Area Pain, Feels Like Bone Rain Radiating To Leg, Bloating In Abdominal Area. Treatment?
mid age female, no pmhx, no pregnany in past. what may be cause of moderate pubic, rectal area pain, feels like bone pain radiating to right leg? no accompanying fever, no recent sx of uti. I often need to take otc pain med to sleep due to pain. The pain worsens with full bladder and I eat small frequent meals due to quick bloating to supurapubic and lower abdominal area. The pain is constant, non relenting, sharp-stabbing like.
The possible causes are:
Endometriosis, that can affect many pelvic areas. In this case you can have pain in the peri-menstrual period.
If your bowel movement is not regular, constipation can also lead to pain abdomen.
Pelvic inflammatory disease.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for one ultrasound to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatment accordingly.
