Rectal Bleeding, Bowel Incontinence And Pain. Have Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Is This A Cause For Concern?

I am a 30 year old male. I have hpv that causes genital warts. I do not have any at this time. I guess my immune system is working . But my question is now I have a foul smelling yellow jelly in my stool, along with some rectal bleeding and pain while passing stool. Sometimes it is hard to control a bowel movement. Is this something I should be worried about?
