Rectal Bleeding While Going To Bathroom Caused By Hemorrhoids. Advised Having Fiber, Plenty Of Water. Medication?
Hi i am a 28 years old man and since a year ago i started a rectal bleeding when i go to the bathroom, six months ago i went to the hospital and the doctor told me that it caused by internal hemorroids and advised me to drink fiber and plenty of water every day and i got well for a few months but a month ago i started bleeding again just when i go to evacuate, what do you suggest me to do?

Just stick to the previous regime which was suggested by your Doctor, along with this you can try some stool softener (Isabgol) would be nice, do not apply any force while going for evacuation, increase the fiber amount in your diet, get done final diagnosis, whether it is hemorrhoids or something else have second opinion, have nice day.
