Dear user
It seems from the history that you are having inflammatory swelling involving one of the glands of the eyelids. The condition can be hordeolum internum or hordeolum . The condition is usually treated by oral antibiotic drugs, oral antiinflammatory drugs and antibiotic eye ointment. The condition is known to reccur if associated with conditions like chronic blepharitis, refractive error and systemic conditions like diabetes mellitus.
Hence you need to undergo eye examination to look for any associated conditions to prevent recurrences.
Thank You
