Hello
Well come to health care magic
Dear patient, bloating is a symptom that is some times associated with PCOS, doing regular exercise and trying to reduce the weight helps to control weight ,blood pressure and other problems associated with PCOS including bloating, however you can get a physian consultation done and some other investigations done to rule out other causes of weight gain, constipation and bloating like, USG whole abdomen to rule out gall stones, Thyroid function test, stool test for ova and cysts. More over you can try to avoid, excessive tea, coeffee, and spices that can cause gastritis and excessive bloating
thanks
