Recurrent Scabs Inside Nostrils, Ears. Reason?

From time to time I get scabs inside my nostrils and ears. This is not constant and may not happen very often. But its happening at present. It can be more prominent in one nostril or one ear (right now its my left ear and mostly my right nostril). Its not sore unless you pick at it - which I obviously shouldn t be doing. But why is it happening? Thanks in advance.

and also on ears
get allergy doctor consultation to find the cause and treat
mean while use neomycin ointment n nose bd
and on the ears
and anti allergic tab
