Hello, I had persistent diarrhea for about a month. It stopped for a couple of days and started up again. It's been going on for two months and a doctor put me on metronidazole three times a day for five days. My stool was soft, but ok, the only thing was once it was in the toilet it started to break apart like diarrhea. I finished the dose last night and this morning I had diarrhea again. Only this time it seemed to have a little bit of yellow mucous. Not sure what to do please help
