Tell us what other treatment can be done ,thanks
It appears that he is suffering from chalazion which could not be removed completely during the surgery. You are advised to get a complete excision done and get the base of lesion cauterised with pure carbolic acid. This should help him and probably there should be no recurrence. He should try to keep his eyes clean by washing them with clean water repeatedly and avoid smoke/dust. The problem of chalazion is exaggerated by unhygienic conditions in the eye.
