Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello Rahman, It is quite obvious to know wheather you shoulder was in a sling or arm pouch during the rest period. Second thing is have you done a follow up x-ray for your affected shoulder. That follow up x-ray will indicate wheather the shoulder is in position or not. Accordingly your management will continue. If it is not in position may be your shoulder needs close manipulation under anaesthesia by ab expert Orthopaedician. If the shoulder is in position then it requires proper rehabilitation training by an expert Physiotherapist. This may include strengthening of shoulder girdle muscles including pain relieving modalities. Wishing you your pain free shoulder back soon
