Hi and welcome to HCM,

Do you get pain in midnight? Do you have dryness of tounge, pain in right lower abdomen region. Please rule out appendicitis. Do you have loss of weight, poor appetite, evening rising of temperature or sweating at night. Please rule out TB also. X-ray of chest and ultrasound of complete abdomen is recommended. Also serum bilirubin, urine bile salt and pigments study is necessary to rule out jaundice.

Wish you speedy recovery
