Recurring Itchy Bumps On Lower Part Of Vagina, Cluster Of Puss Filled Lumps Near Vagina Hole. Any Ideas?

I have noticed some itchy bumps show up on the lower part of my vagina and they was there or about 7 or 8 days they started to go away then they came back but this time something popped up with it. Close to my vagina hole on both sides was a cluster of little bumps that looked puss filled. I ran my nail across and it popped them. I'm super scared.

Hi, these appears to be the cellulitis, due to a bacterial infection, these are to be treated completely, by a dermatologist . So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, and antibiotic topical application. Thank you.
