Recurring, Itchy, Raised Spot Near Collarbone Like Cigarette Burn. Heat Sensitive And Little Fluid Around The Edges Disappearing Leaving Tan Mark. Advice

I have a spot near my collarbone/upper chest that looks like a cigarette burn. It itches sometimes, is heat sensitive, raised, and appears to have a slight amount of fluid around the edges. I've had them in the same area before, and it takes a few weeks before they go away. Some have left a tan mark behind, almost like a liver spot.
