Recurring Itchy Red Bump On Labia With Milky Discharge. Shaves A Lot. Reason For Its Recurrence?

Itchy red bump on labia. Why is it growing back? Why milky discharge? Hello, I have this itchy red bump that keeps appearing on my left labia . I shave a lot down there, and it seems to happen when the hair starts growing back. I m confused though because its in the same spot everytime. My doctor has taken a culture of it before, and said it was nothing. It has to be something? I also seem to get a milky like discharge before the bumps appear and start itching. Help me!

Good morning
You could be having vaginal infection(candidiasis)
that is why you have milky discharge.
Shaving can cause trauma to the skin exposing it to infection, that is why you have itchy red bump.
You can use vaginal passerines for example clotrimazole or nystatin pessaries.
