Welcome to HCM. It looks to be a muscular pain,it occurs after some triggering factor. Avoid tight inner wearing.Proper sitting posture, condition of your office chair is also important. Sometime it also happens due to renal stone of that side.Confirm it by USG abdomen. Start yoga and regular stretching exercise.Be conscious about sitting posture and proper ergonomic chair. NSAID with muscle relaxant will be helpful. BACLOFEN 10 mg. is newer molecule which has muscle relaxant and pain killing property. At this age multi vitamin, calcium supplement is also needed. Consult your physician for proper diagnosis and better medical management.
