What Causes Severe Pain In Rib Cage?

hey my name is jess I am have pain in my rib cage . but I am get a fat around rib cage so pain for me and on the right and left side so pain and I cant eat to much food so pain rib cage . I mash on it so pain for me doctor . thank you

Welcome to health care magic,

Your rib cage pain is likely to be due to muscular origin here which may be due to muscle stretching.

However,it should not be the issue here as it may get subsided by NSAIDs pain killer gel or spray (like volini gel or omni gel) with oral pain killer tablets available over the counter.

In case if pain does not subside then you should go for X-ray of the local part to rule out chances of hair-line fracture.

Consult some local physician or your ortho-surgeon if pain persists longer
