Recurring Pain In Throat, Feeling Of Shrinking And Swelling. On Antibiotics, Paracetamol. Throat Check Up Normal. Help

Back of my throat hurts and I feel as if it is shrinking and swelling, I have taken antibiotics it feels as if it is getting better, as soon as the course finishes the swelling comes back, I am know taking paracetamol two tablets twice a day as soon as the medication wears off it comes back I also feel as if I am getting a high temperature if I don't take this. If have been to hospital and had a camera put through my nose to check my throat but they could not see any thing, please help what should I do.

Hi,
As you are fine after antibiotic means there is some throat infection.
Go for full course of antibiotics.
Go for change of your food style.
Avoid cold drinks, spicy and junk food.
Avoid dusty and humid atmosphere.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Quit smoking if you have habit.

the problem is in sinuses
get xray pns waters view and you will get it
antibiotic is no solution
taking minocycline 50 mg bd for 7 days is best to clear sinuses
take antiallergic tab once a day for 3 wk
add antacid gel
take mefanic acid tab 250 sos for fever and pain instead of pcm as it dries up sinuses
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sa water 2 drops at niht each nose to clar back of throat
continue 3wk
consult doctor ent specialist with xray pns to treat if any problem to prevent reurences as sinuses are more prone to recurences
