Recurring Pimples, Dark Spots On Face Causing Burning. How Can I Avoid This?

Hi,
I am a corporate employee. I am getting pimples often and i have dark spots on face out of it. By noon my face will start to burn. I think so it is because of my body heat since sitting in AC. I used to apply fresh neem paste with rose water everyday at night times and will wash at morning and will apply lemon juice everyday after returning from office will wash after 20 to 30 mins. Does these ways are good to be continued. Please help me how to avoid pimples completely and dark spots too quickly.

Hello,

Acne is caused by sebum production which is under the influence of hormones like Testosterone.
Though there may be other reasons also like blockage of the skin pores, inflammation, bacterial infection, etc.

Management involves application of topical Retinoids, Benzoyl peroxide & antibiotics like Azithromycin under the guidance of a Dermatologist.

Dark circles are caused due to stress, inadequate sleep or deficiency of certain nutrients in the diet.

So, it will be better to consult a Dermatologist to find out the exact cause & start treatment accordingly.

Wishing you a Good Health.
Take care.
