Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your query, and as mentioned by you, you had to discontinue the intercourse session as your vagina became sore. This is a sign of a less lubircated vagina.

This could be due to various reasons (eg. anxiety, infections, etc,). Commenting on the exact cause for this is difficult, as a physical examination and a session of couseling with your doctor will help him/her realize what the exact cause for this was. As you are a young girl, it should be related to anxiety, etc.

Now coming to the presence of a white discharge, and soreness to touch, sit, etc; this could also be due to the friction that has caused irritation to your vagina, due to a lack of lubrication.

But the fact that there is a whitish discharge, does raise to possibility of an infection. A few other common symptoms that would be present in case you are indeed suffering from an infection are:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)
-Vaginal discharge
-Painful intercourse
and a few others.

I would request you to visit your doctor for a physical examination, along with an analysis of your urine, which should surely help rule out/diagnose an infection, after which we could consider the cause as a lack of lubrication. This will then have to be further looked into.

But for the time being, I would advise you to abstain from sexual intercourse, at least till an infection is ruled out. Once an infection is ruled out, you could continue with sexual intercourse, but with the help of a sterile lubricant during the session.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
