Dear thank for choosing health care magic.I am sorry dear but you have not mentioned the site where you are having this.This could be anything from viral infection to local allergic reaction.If it is not generalized then local reaction or some allergy could be the reason.If it is generalized then viral infection could be more likely.do not apply any steroid contain creams on it without diagnosis.you can apply inert things like calamine etc.
