Red Bump On Stomach, Pimples, Redness. What Is It?
My baby has a red bump on his stomach. Started out a few days ago as a small red bump, like a bite or pimple, then formed pus on tip, now pus is gone, and there is a hole, but the area around is red and swollen, and there's a lump under it. The redness around the hole is the size of a quarter. I put court aid, and pimple cream on it the other day. I hope I didn't make it worse. Today I just washed it with warm water. No fever, scratching, of anything.

It seems like your child have developed a pyodermic lesion over the body....As you have told,,there was some amount of pus discharge from the lesion by itself and now it is more like an open infected and inflammed wound.....So,,firstly some general precautions :
Keep the area as clean as possible
Do not apply any moisturising creams/ lotions/ oils over the body
Give bath daily to the child
Dont cover the area with bandaid or anything
The child should wear soft cotton clothes
Clean the lesion with an antiseptic liquid daily
Apply some antibiotic cream( like mupirocin gel) twice a day over the lesion
