Red Bumps All Over Shoulders, Neck And Collarbone, Some Turning Brown, Non Itchy Bumps. Cure?
Hello, my Mom is getting these red bumps all over her shoulder , neck , with a few on her collarbone. They ve appeared over the last 30 minutes. There are at least 2 now that have turned brown --all over the last 30 minutes or so. She says they re not itchy at all. Does anyone know what they are? I can upload a photo to my facebook and include a link to my Facebook if need be.

red bump for 30 minutes indicate allergic one
in some case itching may be absent .
its better to identify by what it happen?like food ,drug,inhalant or any other .
take tab allegra 180 once a day ,it will be better
ask her to avoid sun exposure,out side food
drink lot water and better to consult dermatologist if it persisit
but nothing to worry
