Red Bumps On Base Of Penis And Upper Scrotum. Had Unprotected Sex. What Could Be This?

I had unprotected sex with a female yesterday today I noticed little red bumps on the base of my penis and upper scrotum . I had this before as a kid and was told it was from my hair folicals being pushed in the opposite direction. My pubes r trimmed hers was shaved I am wotried . I shaved today clean and they r irritated . What do u think it is.

Thank for choosing HCM, this could be a local infected boils (Foliculatis) STD (sexual transmitted disease ) does not manifest early, or second plausibility is warts, if it is wart then you need to see the dermatologist for further management, for the foliculitis you apply any anti-septic agent take some antiinflammatory drug
