Red Bumps On Butt Crack, Itchy, Tender. Help

Hi doc I woke up this morning with abt 10 tiny red bumps forming a slant line or half moon if u will at then tip of my butt crack. They re a little itchy and very slightly tender. I m not so quick to go to the doctor Bc u cant afford it. But prior to this for well over a month I keep getting uti s but this last one didn t come with pain or much discomfort but it came with an oder. The oder to me smells like old urine that s just been sitting nd its strong, and now I have this problem. I don t know if they re associated but I can t help but think they are. Can you please help!! And not to mention that I had a knot or lump that started out the size of the tip of my pinky finger but grew to about the size of my thumb . It was very painful nd lasted almost 2 weeks before it finally went down, this came along with them urine problem.

As per your query you you have red bumps on butt crack, itchy, tender and is growing in size.
The characteristic feature appears to be problem of cyst with pus collection. It is quite common to find these kind of cyst at this area because of bacterial infection.
You should meet a surgeon at the earliest other wise the cyst can grow into larger size and may then need incision and drainage. Till that time do not scratch or even try to touch the area unnecessarily, apply any antibacterial cream such as fucidin or mupirocin or gentamicin 2 times a day in a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to naked eye.
