Red Bumps On Legs, Stomach, Chest. What Can Be Done?
My 11 month old niece had a few red bumps on the top of her leg yesterday afternoon, she now has them on the tops of her legs and stomach and a few on her chest . She scratches at them when her sleeper is off. She does not have a fever , her mother did give her some honey the day before the spots appeared on her legs. And she has had no vaccinations.

Child is having rash which could be viral or allergic in nature
Physical examination is needed,so i suggest you to get her examined by pediatrician.
In the meantime apply calamine lotion 3 to 4 times a day,give anti allergic like cetrizine or banadryl as per dosage.
