Red Bumps On Shoulders, Back, Hurts And Burns. What Are They? How To Remove Them?

I have these red bumps that came up on my shoulders and back a day ago and they first looked like a pimple but the puss is clear and they hurt and burn some what . They have gotten worse overnight . What are they and what can I do ? I am an 18 year old female and I dance and it s embarrassing to show my shoulders with this on it . Help please !!
