Red, Flat, Shiny Spot Inside Penis, Spreading In Nature, Irritation During Urination. What Medication Will Help?

I have red flat shiny spot inside penis opening and a little in urinary tract, some spread over outside the penis opening, which are painless and there are no discharge. Sometime there are little irritation during urination and thats all. I never have had sex or any sexual activity. I am Uncircumcised and have had this redness penile condition for about three years. I took some homeopathic medicine for this, but no improvement at all. Could you please help me to understand this condition? I am completely clueless weather it could be! Please help!

Hi. thanks for posting at HCM

It could be a superficial infection OR could be due to irritation to aggressive cleansing with Soaps, dettol, spirit, savlon etc(in case you had used it).

I would advice that you use a topical antibacterial cream like mupiocin 2% ointment twice daily at that site.

take care
regards
