Hi
Red patches could be due to allergy, temperature changes , viral infection ,etc.
Do prevent mosquito bites with preventive cream externally and using nets.
Usually insect bite hypersensitivity lasts till 3 years and then decreases spontaneously.
If the problem pesists do consult an allergy/skin specialist for food allergies also

General & Family Physician Dr. Lohit K's  Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Red patches below her legs may be due to allergy since it disappeared after using the lotion for allergy. For now you can put clean cotton sox, avoid any known allergen and can apply the same cream since the lesions are similar to previous one but consult your doctor for examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Lohit
