Red Left Eye With Red Dots Surrounding Top Of Iris, Sore Eyeball, Blurry, Double Visions. Have Contacts. Suggest
Hi. I woke up today with a very red left eye. I do wear contacts. Lately my other eye has been extremely red so I've changed them recently. My left eyes has red dots surround the top of my iris and my eyeball is sore to the point of a headache. Looking left or right causes pain behind my eye and vision from that eye I blurry and I've gotten a few double vision moments. Sometimes I can barely see anything but color. Sometime it's not as blurry. I made an emergency appt with my eye doctor but would like an idea of what to do in the mean time. I don't own glasses so I'm stuck either blind or w my contacts in. Please help!
Hi, as you describe it could be due to the glaucoma, it may not be due to the contact lenses. So you can wear the contact lenses. But for the present complaint you contact the ophthalmalagist immediately, to avoid the complications of the glaucoma. Thank you.
