Red Marks On Penis Foreskin, White Crust Formation, Erectile Dysfunction. Suggest Remedy?

Docting , my penis foreskin has reddish harsh marks and i am getting iching. inside my penis foreskin i found white pasty like material spread. also my foreskin tip has become rigid and diffucult to take my tip of the penis outside looks almost not possible. due to this my penis is not able to erect . please suggest the remedy
