Red, Painful, And Raised Area On Leg, Lump Under Skin. Knee Injury. Source Of Infection?
i have a 4.o cm circular raised area on my leg that is red and painful. There is a lump under the skin that when squeezed discharges a white fluid through the red raised area. I originally thought spider bite but I have had three in a similar area. I also have an injury on my knee from a turf burn . Is this possibly the source of infection?

Hi ,
You may be suffering from insect bite,numular eczema or folliculitis.
You should apply antibiotic like fusidic acid or mupirocin on the affetced skin 2-3 times.
Please visit a good dermatologist for proper examination and treatment with prescription drugs.
Knee injury can be a source of infection.
