Red Pimple Sized Marks On Lower Part Of Head Of Penis And Top Of Shaft. What Is This ?
I've had a couple of red pimple sized marks on the lower part of the head of my penis and on the top of the shaft. This has been steady for around six months, there is no pain whatsoever. At times the area where these pimple sized marks occur will develop a white looking crust. Please help me figure out what this is, I keep thinking it might be genital herpes but there is no pain. Can I fix this?
