Red/pink, Itchy Bump Near Anus. What Is This?

Hi
Since 2 days ago I noticed a red/pink bump near my Anus (but not connected to my anus)
It's a bump (size of a dollar coin), itchy mostly. I had a similar thing a few months ago in same spot, the bump usually turn brown color and the disappears.
I don't have anal sex.
Could you provide some information as to what this could be?
