Red Rash Extending From Anus On Both Sides, Red Peeling Skin, Not Itchy, Sore. What To Do?
I am a 59 yer old male; healthy. I just noticed a have a red rash extending from my anus on both sides for several inches with red peeling skin. it is not particularly itchy. There is one sore that has been there for several days that--about an eighth of an inch and a bit sore but not terible. Thanks

From history it seems that you might be having dermatitis or fungal infection on the part.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local part clean and hygienic.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
