Red Rash In Tip And Surroundings Of Penis. What Should Be Done To Get Rid Of This?

I woke up this morning and on the tip and surroundings of my penis head I have like a red spotted rash...I've never had anything like this before. It doesn't itch or hurt just a little sensitive to wash. It is actually more towards the bottom part of the head and around. I'm just worried and scared. Cause I'm not sure what to do and just the fact of something being there is freakig me out. Is there anything i can do to clean / get rid of it..?

Welcome to HCM.
Red rash might be due to fungal as well as bacterial infection.
Have you gone for unprotected sex....???
Take proper care for local hygiene.Use medicated soap to clean.
Apply local anti bacterial, ant fungal, steroid cream.
If not improved with local treatment than go for oral treatment under guidance of your doctor.
