Red Rash On Back And Chest, Upper Arms, White Discoloration, Happens In Humid Weather, Anti Dugan Cream

Hi I get a red rash on my back and chest and even on my upper arms they look like small red rashes varying from 2mm wide to 7mm wide they then evolve into white discoloration on my skin and slightly increase in size. These areas are not in direct sunlight and occurs more in humid weather but of late has been occurring more often I m 33 tall and healthy any ideas have tried some anti Dugan creams with no luck

these conditions leave behind a whitish discoloration .
you will need to surely meet a dermatologist who will examine the area and prescribe you medications or topicals accordingly .
