I have a girlfriend for the past three months with each other 7 months we usually have sexual intercourse without a condom but sometimes a condom.just yesterday I got a red rash on my foreskin and its itchy its getting worse.a month ago I got a cut of the string where u pull back the forskin could that have affected it? Also my girlfriend vagina is sore..need answer ?

As you mentioned that both of you are having sexually related symptoms , so may be a sexual transmitted disease, may be . 1Chlamydia trachomatis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a specialist. McCoy or HeLa cells incubation will also find out the causative organism. 2 Gonorrhea , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination 7 blood for V VDRL test. 3 Syphilis ,diagnosis can be confirmed by treponemal test . 4 Fungus infection , for this take OTC anti fungus cream and tablet. In my opinion in this case as both are involved so physical as well clinical examination is important , so consult a dermatologist and get his opinion. Good luck . Dr.HET
