Red rash on penis head has be reoccurring for sum time now . Mostly after sex or masterbating . Will go away most times on its own . It Is painless and Does not itch. There is no fluid bumps. This time around Have had it about a week now where it has not disappeared . I am sexually active. Have been applying moisturizer cream to it will lessen the redness but very small red bumps still present . The red bumps are not raised and cannot be felt when you touch them.
