Red Rashes On Thighs Spreading To Rear, Seems To Be Spreading Inspite Of Using Medicines. What Could It Be?
Hi, My husband developed these red rashes in his thighs which spread his rear, used different rash creams, he is now on anti fungus medicine from over the counter for 2 weeks now, Although some areas is better, it seem to continue to spread. He is now noticing it on his feet? What could it be. He is not comfortable going to see his doctor about. Please help. Thank you.

Hello.it is tinea infection.treat him with oral and tropical terbinafine for 14 days.if it spreads for foot terbinafin for 3-4 weeks
