Red Ring Around Lips Due To Chapped Lips. How To Get Rid Of This ?
Hi, I have had chapped lips for months now and my actually lips are not dry or cracked anymore and the red ring I had around my lips is gone but now there is a white ring and I use chap stick and it doesn t get rid of the white ring. I also get cuts under my lips sometimes my skin is tan so you can see and it s very embarrassing. Please Help me.

It seems you are having chelitis.
It can occur due to sun exposure,habit of lip licking etc.
Avoid sun as far as possible.
You need to apply a lip balm containing sun screen.
Apply it two to three times daily.
