Red Skin Around Anus, Severe Sweating, Irritation, Inflammation. Treatment?

The skin around my anus is for the most part always red, I have seen my personal physician and also my dermatologists and they both said it was not any fungal infection or infection in general. They told me my severe sweating when I am at work etc is irritates my skin and makes it inflamed. I have had this for years and sweating seems to make it worse

Sweating may irritate the skin due to increased moisture and salt.
Good personal hygiene may help in controlling it.
Your may try calamine lotion and steroid cream to treat the inflammation.
