Red Spot On Penis. Took Titra, Onabet Cream. Done With CBC Test. What To Do?
sir. in my penish redish portion red dot is devloped which couse whole skin(near penish red area) is in redish ,i went to dermatologist he sugges me tab TITRA,Onabet cream ,after taking this 8 days ,i found all the area are clear ,i was fine but after 10 days again i got same problem,now what to do ,i am getting red dot and itching also. i ahve done CBC and tpha test ,it is normal.

Hi,
It seems that you are having candidal balanoposthitis.
CBP IS A FUNGAL INFECTION ..CAUSED BY CANDIDA ALBICANS.
It may occur by sexual contact or fomites.
Poor immunity,poor hygiene,DM,HIV,anaemia,perspiration,soap,diabetic preponderance..etc may precipitate the disease.
Antifungal tablets..ketoconazole or fluconazole may be taken in proper dose.
If poor response, Itraconazole may be taken.
Apply antifungal cream..like clotrimazole or miconazole.
Avoid soap bath.
Sitz bath in dettol containing water might improve.
Immunobusters and healthy diet are needed to prevent the disease.
Spouse or partner may be treated, if you have sexual contacts.
You may be improved.
