Hi, I have 3 red medium to small sized red spots on the crease of my thigh on the inside near my groin area. More towards the top of it. I thought it was a rash because of the pants I wore and because I get a rash when I work a lot in the same spot. A few days ago I peeled dead skin off but knowing what it was. It itches and hurts but on a pain scale of 1-10 it would be a 1. Please help me figure out what it is
